【Important Notice】Address Updates Following Administrative Boundary Changes in Hanoi and Da Nang

Effective July 2025, Vietnam has transitioned to a new administrative framework following the nationwide restructuring of provincial and municipal administrative units.

As part of this reform, second-level administrative divisions, including districts under provinces and urban districts under centrally governed cities, have been abolished. Consequently, administrative classifications in several localities, including Hanoi and Da Nang, have been updated.
