■Overview of the University of Transport and Communications (UTC), Hanoi

・Established in 1945, UTC is a national technical university located in Hanoi, Northern Vietnam. The university is a core institution aimed at training high-quality human resources to meet the needs of Vietnam's transport and communications sector in the fields of engineering and technology, and economics. It is particularly renowned in the field of transport and has conducted joint research with numerous Japanese companies, including major corporations. Currently, the university has over 1,000 staff, of which about 800 are lecturers. The university offers 69 bachelor's programs, 16 master's programs, and 17 doctoral programs, with more than 32,000 undergraduate students, 2,300 master's students, and over 100 doctoral students enrolled.
