Case 1

Meeting between Chairman Duong Van Thai of Bac Giang Province and Governor Kumagai of Chiba Prefecture

On March 18, 2024, a delegation from the government of Bac Giang Province in northern Vietnam, led by Mr. Duong Van Thai (Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of Bac Giang Province), visited the Chiba Prefectural Government in Japan and held a meeting with Governor Kumagai and senior officials of Chiba Prefecture.

Meeting between Bac Giang Provincial Leaders and AEON Mall Executives

On March 19, 2024, a delegation from the government of Bac Giang Province in northern Vietnam, led by Mr. Duong Van Thai (Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of Bac Giang Province), visited the headquarters of AEON Co., Ltd. and held a meeting with relevant executives to discuss the construction of an AEON Mall in Bac Giang Province.

Official Tochigi Ambassador

Our company’s representative Mr. Kawashima and executive Ms. Tam served as official "Tochigi Ambassadors" certified by Tochigi Prefecture. Based in Hanoi, Vietnam, they actively promoted the charm of Tochigi, including its tourist destinations and local specialties, to the Vietnamese audience.

Test Marketing for Vietnamese Market

At the request of a mid-sized Japanese pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor, we supported test marketing activities in Vietnam. This included launching SNS accounts, creating SNS content, and responding to inquiries.
Additionally, we conducted research on potential local partners, such as pharmaceutical manufacturers and distribution companies.

Case 1

Support for Industry-Academia Collaboration between the University of Transport and Communications and a Japanese Company

We provided support throughout the agreement process and project preparation for launching a joint research project between a Japanese company and the University of Transport and Communications, a national university in Vietnam, under an industry–academia collaboration framework.

Meeting between Tung Fang Design University (Taiwan) and Vietnam University of Fine Arts (Hanoi)

We provided support for the prior coordination, communication, and on-site operation to facilitate the meeting between Tung Fang Design University (Taiwan) and Vietnam University of Fine Arts (Hanoi), promoting international exchange and laying the foundation for future collaboration between the two institutions.
